The 7 Day Love Letter Ritual

Writing Yourself Into Wholeness

There is a version of you that is already whole.
Already radiant. Already worthy.
This ritual is about remembering who you already are and learning to love that person more fully every single day.

For 7 days, you are invited to write one love letter to yourself each morning.
To let beautiful words simmer in the body.
A daily act of aroha.

Your Daily Practice

  1. Prepare the space
Sit somewhere with light. Have a warm drink or a drop of essential oil. Take three deep breaths to arrive.

  2. Place your hand on your heart or belly
Ask gently, What part of me wants to be seen and loved today?

  3. Write your letter
Start with “Dear one,” or your own name. Let the words be simple and true.

  4. Close the ritual
Read the letter aloud. Whisper it if needed. Place it in a box, altar, or journal. Thank yourself.

Day-by-Day Prompts

Day 1 I See You

Write to the part of yourself that feels overlooked or unseen.

Day 2 I Adore Your Body

Choose part or all of your body and write from love and desire.

Day 3 You Make Me Laugh

Celebrate your humour, your lightness, your inner mischief.

Day 4 Brave One

Speak to your courage.

Day 5 Your Love Is Medicine

Write about your capacity to care.

Day 6 You Are Becoming

Speak to the version of you who is still unfolding.

Day 7 Whole and Holy

Write as if you already are the most magnetic, grounded version of yourself.

Something extra

Before bed, revisit the letter.
Ask: Did I honour this love today?

Let this be your gentle devotion.
Your way of rebuilding trust with yourself.
Your invitation to fall in love every day with the one person who will always be with you.

You.
