Changing Again, Choosing Differently
Choosing again is not hesitation.
It is presence.
It is the art of noticing that something has shifted,
and honouring it.
You are allowed to move in a new direction
when new information arrives.
When your body says this way now.
When your heart softens to another path.
There are things that stay steady:
What you value,
Your care for others,
Self connection,
Your responsibility to your future.
But within that, there is movement.
A shift in your vision.
An evolution of your work.
Growth in your desires.
A slowness in your pace.
You are not built for rigidity.
You are built for resonance.
For hearing the subtle yes,
beneath the noise.
For choosing with courage,
even when the choice is new.
So if today calls you to turn,
turn.
A Closing Ritual: The Check-In
Light a candle or step outside. Breathe deeply into your chest.
Ask yourself:
“What part of me is asking to choose again?”
“What am I being invited to choose differently?”
Write down one place where clarity has emerged.
Speak it aloud.
Let that be enough for today.
