Nick Loosley is a social entrepreneur whose work spans restaurants, food rescue, and conservation. He’s best known as the founder of Everybody Eats, which has turned surplus food into over 300,000 shared meals.

He’s also behind WithWild, an innovative venture rethinking conservation through food, and he owns Russell-based restaurants Hone’s Kitchen and The Gables. Nick’s journey is all about reimagining the role food plays in connecting us, nourishing communities, and shaping a more sustainable future.
