I help people at a crossroads that need business guidance

So, what does that look like in practice? Well, you might be...

  • Wanting to launch the thing you’ve been circling for months (or years)

  • A founder stepping out of the day-to-day and leading from the wider picture

  • Looking to restructure your business to match your life

  • Ready to take what you’ve built into new territory

  • Feeling like you’re capable of more and want to explore deeper possibilities

A bit about me

I work with entrepreneurs, founders and soloists who are ready for their next move - or can feel it forming but aren’t quite sure how to step into it. You may have built something real and have experienced success. But over time something has shifted and what got you here won’t get you to where you’re headed.

That’s where we begin.

My style

I’m known for my empathetic styled communication, asking the important questions and unafraid to use unconventional methods. My work houses deeper enquiry and breakthroughs that lead you to a pool of possibilities and approaches, inviting you forward with clarity, purpose and evolution.

My story

My own path wasn’t straightforward. I quit a successful role, took my last savings, and built a regulatory change business that was a huge success. But over time I found myself drawn toward the individuals leading the work rather than the work itself. I was holding gatherings, guiding visualisations and supporting people to push through barriers. That pull became Wā.

I’m a mum and a language learner in a proudly bicultural English Māori household. I’m an avid reader and always exploring ideas and places to fill my love of adventure.

What makes this different

I blend almost two decades of legal expertise, coaching skills and facilitating rituals and ceremonies into a distinctive methodology - this helps you understand your relationship with your work to see possible pathways and choices to ultimately make decisions as a business owner with personal conviction.

If this sounds like you, let’s talk.

“I come alive when we open ourselves to all possibilities and find that gem no-one has had the courage to think of yet. The choice that will change everything and lead you to what you really want.”
