4 Day Working Week
Perpetual Guardian, trustee company Andrew Barnes pioneered the four-day work week at scale, and I led a team through its original pilot. What started in one New Zealand business became a global movement, reshaping how the world thinks about productivity and people. Being part of that original trial shaped something I've carried into every business since: that taking care of people and how they work isn't separate from growth, it drives it.
