In te ao Māori, wā is a powerful moment, ripe with potential.

When wāhine (women) dream from the truth of who they are, they don’t just transform their own lives, but also shaping a brighter future for their families, their communities, and the generations yet to come.

This is your wā. Your time is now.

From backing myself to launch a my first business, which focused on customer centric regulatory change programmes, through to welcoming unexpected motherhood. It’s through trusting my inner knowing that I’ve learned that uncertainty often invites the greatest growth.

Kia ora, I’m Cleo, Founder of Wā.

Wā was born from the courageous moments in my life when I chose to trust myself even when the pathway was unclear.

Taking leadership in my own life hasn’t been easy. When I started my first business, loved ones urged me not to take risks, sharing their struggles. They wanted to protect me, not fully understanding my creative potential. Over time, I learned to honour my path while keeping these connections.

Wā is my call to all of you inspired women around the world who feel drawn to this way of life: to honour your own rhythms, trust your wisdom, and confidently step into the lived experience created from your dreams.

My background is in the financial services and legal industries leading people and organisations through major transformation, and I credit my success to a strong foundation in planning and coaching, brand development, and the agility to respond intuitively to the needs of the time, skills I have honed both in leadership roles and through my magical work in creating and facilitating supportive women’s circles.

Wā is a home where soulful, non-traditional dreams are nurtured, celebrated, and brought to life.
